For channel partners

Built for the channel. Free for the channel.

The deal room for resellers, agencies, ISV partners, and consultants who sell SaaS for a living. One workspace. Every vendor. Every deal.

10 users free, forever. All features. No credit card required.
The channel reality

Selling SaaS for someone else is harder than selling your own.

You juggle five vendors. Five portals. Five sets of decks. Five sets of pricing. Five sets of stakeholders.

Your buyer does not care about any of that. They want to evaluate the platform, get a clear proposal, and make a decision. The tools your vendors give you do not help. So you cobble it together. Decks pulled from a shared drive, proposals in PDF, follow-ups in inbox threads.

Direct AEs at the vendor get the marketing support, the buyer enablement budget, the in-house champions. You get an email signature.

Konnect DSR exists because we built it for ourselves first, and then realized the people who would benefit most from it were not direct AEs. They were partners.

01

You have more deals.

Direct AEs work 5-10 deals at a time. You can be running 25 active opportunities across multiple vendors. The room limits other tools impose make no sense for you.

02

You have more vendors.

Salesforce one day, Genesys the next, Zendesk after that. Every vendor portal looks different. Your buyer ends up with a vendor-branded experience, not yours.

03

You have less margin.

Direct AEs close deals at full price. You close them at a discount. So you need to spend less time setting up rooms and more time selling.

Built for

If you sell SaaS that isn't yours, this is for you.

Five kinds of channel partners use Konnect DSR. They all share one thing: their job is harder than direct sales, and the tools have not caught up.

Partner type 01

Resellers and VARs

You sell licenses for multiple SaaS platforms. Your buyer gets to choose, but you handle the entire deal cycle. You need one workspace that works regardless of which vendor you are pitching today.

Common ecosystems
Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Zoho
Partner type 02

CCaaS and CX resellers

Contact center and customer experience platforms have long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and detailed technical evaluations. You need rooms that handle complex deals across IT, CX heads, and procurement.

Common ecosystems
Genesys Zendesk Five9 Talkdesk NICE
Partner type 03

Marketing and social agencies

You sell social listening, social media management, or marketing automation platforms as part of broader agency services. Your buyer needs to see the platform, the service wrapper, and the proof of ROI in one place.

Common ecosystems
Sprinklr Sprout Social Hootsuite Brandwatch
Partner type 04

SIs and consultants

Your deals start with consulting, end with implementation. The software you resell is one piece of a larger engagement. You need rooms that hold proposals, statements of work, change orders, and onboarding plans together.

Common ecosystems
ServiceNow SAP Workday Oracle
Partner type 05

ISV and technology partners

You build on top of someone else's platform. Salesforce ISVs, Genesys AppFoundry partners, ServiceNow Build partners. Your buyer needs to understand both your product and the underlying platform. Konnect DSR keeps both narratives in one room.

A day in the life

One workspace. Four deals. Four vendors.

How a typical partner uses Konnect DSR across a single Tuesday.

9:30
AM
Pitching Genesys

Spin up a new room for a CCaaS evaluation.

Pick the "Outbound Enterprise" template. Drop in the buyer's logo, three Genesys datasheets, your services overview. Share with the prospect's CX Head and IT Director.

11:00
AM
Salesforce deal

Check engagement on yesterday's proposal.

The Salesforce buyer opened the proposal three times last night and spent 18 minutes on the pricing tab. The CFO was added to the room this morning. Time to follow up.

2:00
PM
Sprinklr renewal

Run the renewal room for a renewal call.

The renewal template already has the QBR data, success metrics, and expansion proposal. The buyer joins the call having already reviewed the room. The conversation starts at "yes."

4:30
PM
Zendesk RFP

Respond to a comment from the buyer's IT team.

A question about data residency on a Zendesk RFP. Reply in the room, in context, with the security doc linked. The thread stays visible to the entire evaluation committee.

6:00
PM
End of day

Check the dashboard. Four deals moved forward.

One champion identified. One renewal kicked off. One RFP question answered. One new room shared. Zero hours spent formatting decks or hunting for files.

Partner FAQ

Questions partners ask.

The honest answers to what we hear from channel teams every week.

Yes. The Professional plan is free for 10 users with every feature included. Most of our partners are on this plan and we have no plans to change that. No credit card, no time limit, no feature gates.

Yes. Konnect DSR is vendor-agnostic. Use it for any SaaS platform you sell, including ones we have never heard of. Your rooms are yours. Your branding is yours. The platforms inside the room are entirely your choice.

Only if you choose to show it. White-label branding is free on the Professional plan. Your logo, your subdomain (yourcompany.konnectdsr.com), your colors. Buyers see your brand from the first click.

Most vendor-provided deal rooms only work for that vendor's deals. Konnect DSR is yours, not theirs. Use it across every vendor in your portfolio. Buyers get a consistent experience regardless of which platform you are pitching.

The Professional plan includes 10 users. If your team is larger, get in touch and we will work something out. We are not in the business of pushing partners onto paid plans. Our goal is for the partner network to use DSR, not for DSR to be a revenue line.

No. We work closely with partner managers across the major ISV ecosystems to bring DSR to their channel community, but we are not a Salesforce, Genesys, or Zendesk company. We are a partner-built tool for partners.

Sign up, pick a template, share your first room in under five minutes. No setup calls, no training, no IT involvement required. The first room you create is the fastest test of whether this works for your team.

Konnect DSR is built and operated by Konnect Insights, an enterprise CX platform trusted by 500+ brands across regulated industries including banking, telecom, and aviation. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. SOC 2 and GDPR compliant. Buyer data stays in your room, never shared.
