When you share a deal room with a prospect or buyer, we collect engagement signals including room views, time spent on each section, documents opened, and comments submitted. This data is visible to you as the deal room owner.
If you contact us via email, in-app chat, or our support channels, we retain the contents of those communications.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Konnect DSR, operated by Prudence Analytics and Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Konnect DSR, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your organization to these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Konnect DSR is a Digital Sales Room platform that enables sales teams and channel partners to create shared deal workspaces, share proposals and documents, track buyer engagement, and manage mutual action plans.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@konnectinsights.com if you become aware of unauthorized access.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts using automated means. Each account must be associated with a valid work email address.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Konnect DSR, including documents, proposals, videos, and deal room materials ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. We do not review uploaded content and are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from it.
Konnect DSR and all underlying technology, design, templates, trademarks, and platform content are owned by Prudence Analytics and Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
The 8 pre-built deal templates are provided for your use within the platform. You may not reproduce or redistribute them outside of Konnect DSR.
The Professional plan is provided free of charge to qualifying partners, resellers, and channel teams, subject to the fair use limits stated on our pricing page (currently 10 users and unlimited deal rooms). We reserve the right to modify the features or limits of the free plan with 30 days' written notice to affected users.
We do not guarantee uptime or SLAs for free plan users, though we strive to maintain the same level of service for all users.
The Enterprise plan is available at the pricing stated on our website at time of purchase. Fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Enterprise plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's non-public information disclosed in connection with use of the platform. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.
We treat your deal room content and buyer engagement data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.
Konnect DSR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the content of deal rooms created by users, the accuracy of buyer engagement data, or the outcome of any sales process conducted using the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prudence Analytics and Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 for free plan users.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the platform. Upon termination, your access to deal rooms and data will be revoked within 24 hours, and data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
For users in the EU or UK, you retain the right to bring claims before your local courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
